Windows 10 Creator’s Update BF1 Stutter w/1080 DX12 Mode

An example of the terrible stutter that plagues my GPU (1080) in Windows 10 Creator’s Update. It’s particularly awful in DX12 mode.
Click show more below ↓ and set the video quality to 1080p 60 FPS to see what the heck’s going on:

Basically any time the graph spikes, there’s a stutter. More noticeable at 120 FPS, of course, and very off-putting. The graph can be displayed for YOU in game by typing perfoverlay.drawgraph 1 as a console command after pressing the ~ (tilde) key or ¬ (not sign) key on UK layout keyboards.

No idea what the audio crackle is all about. It only appears on the recording, I didn’t hear any as I was playing.
