*** Some people report that the fix works, but their WiFi stops working after the fix; if this happens right-click on the Start button, click on Device Manager, under Network Adapters find your WiFi device; right-click on the device and choose uninstall; after it is gone from the list, go to the Action menu at the top of the Device Manager window and click on Scan for Hardware Changes; when the device is back in the Network Adapters list, try your Internet again (you may have to reboot); Let me know in the comments if this works for you! ***
